We’re small business owners who probably should’ve picked calmer hobbies, but instead chose entrepreneurship. We know what it feels like to bet on yourself. To sign the scary lease. We’ve lived the long days, tight margins, last-minute pivots, and the very real “are we insane?” conversations. And because we’ve been there, we’re building the kind of space we wish existed when we first started.
We believe affordable, flexible commercial space shouldn’t feel like a trap. It shouldn’t require selling your soul, signing your life away for three to five years, or guessing what your utilities bill might look like. It should feel like a launchpad! Stable, professional, predictable, and supportive.
But here’s where we’re different from the next strip mall. We don’t see this as “just a building.” We see it as an ecosystem. At The Launchpad, we’ve intentionally structured our lease options to meet businesses where they are; whether you’re just getting started, testing a concept, or establishing a long-term operational headquarters.
Micro Units (60–150 sq ft)
Eligible lease terms: 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months
These spaces are designed to provide a low-barrier entry point while still offering a professional, permanent business presence.
Standard Units (200–250 sq ft)
Eligible lease terms: 3, 6, 9, or 12 months
Ideal for growing businesses ready for more operational space while maintaining flexibility.
Large Units (300+ sq ft)
Eligible lease terms: 6, 9, 12, or 24 months
Best suited for established businesses seeking stability and long-term growth within the building.
While flexibility is important, our broader goal is to cultivate a community of businesses actively operating within their spaces. The Launchpad is designed first and foremost for business owners who are present, engaged, and serving customers or building their operations on a consistent basis. This active occupancy is what creates the collaborative ecosystem that makes the environment valuable for everyone inside it.
