Welcome to our website and services, including Kalamazoo Game Show Experience (KGSE), Little Latte Lounge, and Launchpad Commercial Leasing (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, booking services, or entering our facilities, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Bookings, Payments & Scheduling

All bookings (events, parties, tickets, memberships, or rentals) are:

• First-come, first-served and subject to availability

• Secured only upon receipt of payment or required deposit

• Processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Squarespace Acuity Scheduling)

We reserve the right to:

• Decline or cancel bookings at our discretion

• Modify schedules, formats, or staffing as needed

⚠️ Important: We do not staff our facility outside of scheduled events or bookings. Walk-ins are not guaranteed until publicly announced operating hours begin.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

• Reschedules may be offered at our sole discretion

• Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of payment

If we must cancel an event, you will be offered:

• A reschedule or

• A credit toward future services

(Not refunds, unless required by law.)

3. Event Participation & Conduct

By attending any event or facility:

• Participants must follow all staff instructions

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund

• You agree that experiences may vary and are interactive and unscripted

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

• Children’s behavior

• Ensuring age-appropriate participation

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in our activities (including game shows, play areas, events, and shared spaces) involves inherent risks.

By participating, you agree:

• You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or damage

• You release us from liability for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property loss or theft

  • Accidents or incidents occurring on-site or during events

To the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Launchpad (Commercial Leasing & Shared Space)

For tenants, applicants, and users of Launchpad:

• Submission of interest forms does not guarantee tenancy

• Space availability, pricing, and terms may change

• Shared environment expectations include:

  • Respect for other tenants

  • Compliance with local laws and licensing

  • Maintaining safe and professional conduct

We are not liable for:

• Business performance or outcomes

• Loss of income or opportunity

• Conflicts between tenants

6. Media Release

By entering our facility or participating in events, you consent to:

• Photography, video, and audio recording

• Use of media for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes

This includes use across:

• Social media

• Website content

• Paid advertising

To opt out, you must notify us in writing prior to participation.

7. Promotions, Contests & “No Purchase Necessary”

For promotional events (including Risk the Case-style shows):

• No purchase may be necessary where legally required

• Alternative entry methods (if offered) must follow stated rules and deadlines

• Odds of winning may vary

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or cancel promotions

• Disqualify fraudulent or abusive entries

Promotions are not affiliated with or endorsed by any television network or brand.

9. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party tools for operations, including:

• Payments (Stripe)

• Scheduling (Squarespace Acuity)

• Email marketing

• Forms and applications

We are not responsible for:

• Their outages, errors, or data handling practices

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, games, formats, logos, and content are owned by us.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce game formats with the intent to use such commercially within a 100 mile radius of KGSE.

• Record full experiences for commercial use

• Use our branding without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Lost profits, business interruption, or opportunity

• Issues caused by third-party providers

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
